Settings Profile is not on my device

I create a profile in settings and I add tag to choose the device.

When I check the device there is no change. 

On the dashboard I have 2 scoops but 0 installed on.

 

Someone have an idea of what I have to do to resolve my mistake?

What does the Audit Log and/or event log show after you've pushed the profiles?

 

Have you tried making a simple test profile with a minimal payload to test if any profiles at all are being pushed?
