Odd Error whening adding an App to the dashboard

I keep getting the below error every time I add a new app into the dashboard. The app I am adding does get added correctly so I am not sure what this error means, just wanting to know if anyone else has been getting this before I open a support ticket.

Have seen it here too.

Seems to work OK if I add the app (or import from VPP) and save the page before making any changes to tags, scope, etc.

If I set a tag before saving I get this error.
