At this time, There are no known issues with the OS update command. A couple of things to check:
- Check the battery level on devices. Charge devices to over 80%.
- Check the storage capacity on the device. If devices are running low on storage, remove apps to reclaim storage space.
- If using Shared iPad, ensure that user accounts are fully logged out on the device.
