We are currently aware that the latest Microsoft Windows Update - KB5009543 - is causing issues in the L2TP VPN connectivity. If you upgrade your Microsoft Operative system to this version at this stage, users of Client VPN will hit error 789 and fail to connect.
Meraki Dev team is aware of issues with the Dashboard with devices that are not checking in(new or when moving between networks) & password reset requests are failing. So if you are experiencing any of the above-mentioned issues or some other task on Dashboard is failing then it is most likely going to be related to the outage.
It is being worked on with the highest priority and we will keep this post up to date with the latest so stay tuned.
