Dashboard connectivity in Europe region

Hello Everyone,

We are aware of Meraki nodes reporting issues with dashboard connectivity within the EU region. If you have nodes losing connectivity to Dashboard and if your dashboard organization is hosted in Europe then it's most likely related to this. You can verify by scrolling to the bottom of the page and it would say which region your organization is hosted in.

End-user traffic should not be impacted by this. It has been marked as Sev 1 internally and we are working on addressing it with the highest priority. Please follow this thread for updates.

Updates will be provided below as a new comment to keep you updated.

Thank you for your patience.

Update 8:25 GMT Wed 23rd March:

Our engineering team continues to work on this issue as a top priority.

Scope of issue:

  • Dashboard connectivity to some nodes in the Europe region is affected.
  • End-User traffic is not directly affected
    • i.e. if your device is "offline" from Dashboard, it will still pass all the traffic as it was configured to do so before this issue
  • Some Meraki services may not be fully operational
    • e.g. if you have 802.1x using Meraki Auth, this may not be fully functioning.
