Contact information for a designated Meraki representative

Contact information for a designated Meraki representative

Hi everyone,

 

Do we have direct contact information to a Meraki Representative in the event of incident response? I saw there was a general hotline number for quick response Meraki Support, just wondering if each account possibly had a designated representative.

I believe your designated AM is listed in your Meraki dashboard.

For incident response, you should only be contacting Meraki Support.

I agree unless you are having problems with support and not getting anywhere then I would reach out to your account manager.
