Issues with partial response on the get-organization-appliance-vpn-stats API call

Hello, I am a Solutions Engineer working with a customer that is creating a custom monitoring dashboard.

I have a quick question in regard to the GET /organizations/{organizationId}/appliance/vpn/stats API call.

https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/get-organization-appliance-vpn-stats/

The customer that is using this API call but only receiving up to the usage summary portion of the response, they are looking for the specific summaries that are part of the call (Latency, Loss, Jitter, MOS) , but for some reason they don't show up within the response.

Is there something I am missing here? I imagine that this could be device specific, or possibly a setting we would need to enable on the dashboard but cant find any additional data via the docs, any insight would be helpful and highly appreciated.

Kind of a big deal

Based on other feedback, I think there is likely to be a bug in this API when used with certain specific timespans.

Maybe we could ask someone like @John-K if he has any thoughts on the matter.  John, no so much in this post, but the one I linked to has much more specific detail of the issue.
