Meraki system manager adding an iOS device issue

I ran into an issue this morning trying to add an iOS device to my system manger. It is requiring a user authentication on the device to enroll it will not accept the admin. It has never asked for this before, if anyone has any ideas on how to get around this please let me know. Thanks in advance!

Firstly, you're in the wrong forum!

 

However, if you go to Systems Manager > general and scroll down to Enrolment Settings, if Authentication is set to Enable, you'll be prompted for credentials. Unticking this, and then saving will remove the requirement for Authenticaion
