Can it be managed like Catalyst without Meraki equipment network management?

Hi @merakipia0307 , the straight answer is no.  You can’t manage the Meraki devices without access to the cloud dashboard.

You can log in locally to the device and make configuration changes to the device but as soon as the device sees the cloud again the Config will be over written.

Nor will you have access to Meraki support with a license which is maybe why you’re getting at?

We can not settle for meraki same like catalyst with out network....

Do you have ms250-24p manual?

Hi @merakipia0307 , there isn’t much to gain from the manual and datasheet.

What are aiming to achieve

As Darren has said, without a license your Meraki switch is basically unusable for enything remotely like a business requirement.  What is the issue with buying a license and/or using the switch with the Meraki cloud management platform?

Some people want to check security.

They worried about network dashboard.

They want to like manage same like catalyst(Without network, only console)

In that case, Meraki is not the right solution for that customer;   it's primary benefit is that it's cloud managed and it can't really be managed any other way.   I think they should buy Catalyst.
