2FA on iPhone

When I add 2FA on my iPhone with the Microsoft Authenticator, my Meraki account is added as "gmail". Seems like a bug? Normally the name added correctly when I scan the QR code. I can solve this simply by renaming but it would be more convenient if it's solved.

I've only ever added it using Google Authenticator,   It comes up as:

<email address>/Meraki

This is the way mine shows up as well.  I use Google Authenticator as well.
