Dual vMX in Azure

Not being well versed in Azure myself, can someone give me some insight on a few questions?

1) If a vMX goes down in Azure how fast could it be restored? Is there automation that could be created to automatically recover it?

2) Has anyone added a second vMX in Azure for high availability if the primary goes down and cannot be recovered? I would assume you do something like what @PhilipDAth demonstrated in AWS in this post. https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/How-to-Deploy-Meraki-dual-redundant-vMX100-in-HA-con...

Thanks in advance for your replies.
