Restrict access on SSID

Hi,

I am trying to restrict access  on 1 SSID. Currently we are using PSK which is worst I know. Every time person need access they come to me and I have enter password for them. 

We don't have Radius server or AD. All in cloud. We also thought to use sponsor guest but it works with domain so technically they can use any  email to get approved.

Is there way I ca restrict access to only certain devices ?

Is there any other way to restrict access ?

Two options come to my mind:

1. Configure the WLAN-Credentials for the Devices with Meraki SM and optionally also use SM Sentry for 802.1X with EAP-TLS
