I too am seeing a similar behavior on the newly purchased M1 MacBookPro and 24" iMacs.    Meraki Agent (m_agent) behavior is erratic. Issuing commands or deploying applications from the console don't always succeed. Profile changes made in the console won't update on the Mac. Telling the profile to skip creation of user account doesn't work even when the admin account was created successfully.   This is just a few of the issues. I've literally wiped and reinstalled MacOS 4 or 5 times on each of the devices just to get Meraki to behavior somewhat normally.  Is there a compatibility issue between Meraki SM Agent and MacOS 12.5, 12.6 or the M1 chip itself? ...
