Hi all, I have a customer that has a pair of Meraki wireless APs. I used to have access to them in my Meraki portal but when I went to log in recently they are no longer showing there. The customer no longer works with the vendor who sold them and they have no idea of who the portal admin is. So I need to figure out how to get access assigned back to me. Does anyone know how to go about this? If I get the serial numbers do I call Cisco and explain the situation? Is there a way of finding out who the portal admin is? I'm the guy who is expected to administer these so I need to figure out how to get my access back. Thanks! Ben
