I've added some apps to our app list in dashboard so they show in the Managed Google Play Store. However, some of the apps I want to remove from our Managed Play Store. I found that removing apps from the app list blocks them so users cannot install them even from the normal Play Store. Is this a bug or by design?   I want users to still be able to install these apps under their own Google account without having them in the app list.    Thanks for any answers or suggestions ...
