Hello all,   I have a roaming problem only on windows.   Design is composed of: * MR55 with 802.11ax disabled * MS225 and MS350 in PoE in version 11.30 * MS350 in L3 with DHCP activated on 53 VLANs Environment: * HEQ building in openspace * 7 floors * ten APs per floor * * Device: MACBOOK PRO, WINDOWS 10, Iphone and Android phone Configuration: * AP in version 26.7 * 802.11r and 802.11w disabled * authentication with WPA PSK * auto bandwidth * client balancing enable * band selection per AP with dual band but without steering * auto power 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz at 28 Dbm Max * Bridge mode * 5 SSID (1SSID by VLAN) Symptom: during the move, the windows machine loses the SSID and resumes it for a few seconds. The windows learns are IP in DHCP then loses the radio signal while I am below the AP Test: windows set in aggressive mode => KO power decrease => KO 2.4Ghz prioritization on windows => KO 5Ghz prioritization on windows => KO IP Static on windows => KO Troubleshooting: * 802.11 disassociation => unknown reason is this a bug? old version AP in 26.6.1 but problem is MAC with 802.11ax enable Case Meraki: 04884362 Has anyone had this problem? and how to solve it?
