I have just purchased 2 Skyus-DS modems to use with Meraki MX, and they both just say "connecting" when plugged in to the Meraki.   When I plug them into my laptop, they work perfectly.   The carrier is AT&T and I am located in the Baltimore area.   Is there any way to troubleshoot and correct the issue? ...
