Hi Philip. I just found the IP in "MX Events" tab, but cannot determine MAC address, its not detected. So, how to locate the device with IP address(without MAC) and block it? Thanks for your response.

Dear colleagues, I found Trojans at my meraki Security Center, but "Most affected clients" is blank and I cannot identify the source computer which is affected by the Trojans. "Most affected operating systems" OS is blank as well. Could you please advise how to determine the affected computer? Thank you in advance. Hayk
