Morning @athan1234 Are you able to explain more about your setup? - what’s upstream from the AP? Is there a switch, firewall etc? - where is the dhcp server? - does the device authenticate? - does the device get an IP address? - if yes to getting an IP address can you ping your dns servers? - if you can reach your dns servers where does a traceroute take you? what troubleshooting have you undertaken yourself?

a wifi purist may also state that roaming between different AP models isn't the ideal scenario either. Whilst you're using the same generation of AP (next gen & wifi 6) the transmitters are different - 4x4:4 and 2x2:2 cannot exchange tables.

Hi @DanielBHSNIT , quick one, are your SSID's DHCP configured for Bridged or Layer 3 roaming? If the SSID's aren't spread across different Layer 3 subnets then leave at Bridged.

hi @Nico2 , this is within the Meraki dashboard. On the left hand side window pane under the respective network select Wireless > Monitor > Access Points. Dependent on which version of the dashboard you're looking at (new vs old) you'll either see a spanner or cog wheel. Select that and follow the instructions above.

hi @Nico2 - go to Wireless > Access Points and click the spanner tool on the right hand side of the dashboard. Then under Status select Status and Serial number as per the below screenshot.

So with Radius testing enabled ISE will poll every 5 minutes. If a response isn’t received all authenticated ports will be placed into Guest or other fallback mode?

Hi @Chema-Spain , What is your telephony solution? Do you have a VLAN configured for Voice? Under Switching > Configure > Switch Settings i assign the Voice VLAN (in this example VLAN 12) to Trust incoming DSCP. Incoming packets on VLAN 12 will already have a DSCP tag of 46 so they are trusted. DSCP 46 maps to CoS queue 3. All other data will be in the default queue. Then on my switch ports i assign both my Access and Voice VLAN's accordingly.

Appreciate the response @GIdenJoe, excuse my ignorance and this may make me look like an idiot but what’s the power difference between a copper sfp+ and a fibre sfp+ module?
