MR33 unable to release from client network.

MR33 unable to release from client network.



we're facing an issue about releasing the AP. We sent Meraki MR33 AP to client location. That time they had created their network in meraki dashboard. 


Right now, that company has been shutdown due to pandemic. 


Anybody can help us.


How we can release that AP?

Did your company purchase the AP and license? If so, and you have the Cisco Meraki order number then Meraki support may be able to assist.
