Can the MG21 behave like the Router?

I would like to set up an MG21 in a very small site, connect a HUB to the LAN port and have several PCs underneath.
Can the MG21 behave as an L3 device like the Cisco 891?

WAN(1.1.1.0/24) - MG21 - LAN(192.168.0.0/24) - HUB - PCs

Yes, it could do that but will deliver any security features like a small MX would do.

From all possible solutions, that would probably the most expensive one with the least features.

As mentioned, a small MX or even a Z3 with an attached LTE-dongle would be probably much better.

Hi @Quattro_Vageena the MG does act as a NAT gateway and as such it has a subnetting capability, you can easily define the subnet pool that will exist behind the MG on the Ethernet side.  The MG also provides you control over the DHCP configuration as well as fixed IP assignments for devices behind it if desired.  There is also a port forwarding configuration on MG which looks very familiar to MX port forwarding.  But note that the MG is not a true router/firewall in the sense I think you're asking.  Perhaps consider a Z3C appliance for this, which is less expensive than the MG21 anyway, and the Z3C (or the less expensie Z3 but with an external USB cellular dongle) provides you the firewalling and/or AutoVPN capabilities if needed.
