To which line of config did it say "invalid input"?

that says in the line of configuration of interface:   (Switch(config-if)#)

As @BrechtSchamp  says, the 3560G does not support 30W of output, so that is why the command is being rejected.  You would have needed a Cisco 3560-X.

Cisco stopped selling the Cisco 3560G back in 2013 - so your switch is at least 6 years old.

You could get a nice new shiny Cisco Meraki switch to bring your infrastructure up to date ...

3560G only supports 802.3af (PoE up to 15W). You're likely using MR42 or up that need 802.3at (PoE+ up to 30W) for full  functionality.
