ap.Meraki.com stopped working correctly

I’m sure this is easy. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But when it doesn’t here is what i get. Clicking the link saying it I’m sure I’m on a Meraki access point click here always delivers me to the right page

It usually means the DNS query did not flow through the Meraki device. On my notebook it usually happens when 4G has kicked in.
