addiNg a New SSID On an MX250

STEP 1

I am adding an SSID to evaluate a cloud radius solution

I plan to tag 1 AP initially ( later tag a few more). I have 45 total APs

When I activate that SSID do I expect anything  across my network or does the SSID  just show configured on the AP.

STEP 2 

When I  remove the availability setting for tagged value and  it is set on all 45 APs do I expect anything.

I am asking since I want to  do STEP 1  during the day possibly.

Adding SSIDs is done without any disruption. But what do you want to do with the MX250 in this setup? They don't have any included Wireless.

As @KarstenI mentioned, SSID's can be enabled and disabled without disruption.

You're correct, using tags would allow you to test on a single AP. When you're done testing, turn off per AP availability and all AP's will broadcast the SSID.
