Wifi MR42, MR33, alert not internet

I have a new Wi-Fi Meraki installation,
but on my computers windows 10, 8, 7 shows me a yellow symbol and tells me that I do not have internet.

But if I open an explorer I sail without problem.

What is happening or what should I do to avoid the alert. ???

Hi

This seems Like DNS related alert.

Following are the few troubleshooting  steps I shall recommend.

Are you able to browse in Incongnito Mode?

Are you able to Ping Google?

Are the APs Live on the Dashboard?

Who is assigning IPs to the Client Devices ?

Are you able to resolve websites? nslookup

Verify DNS entries for a PC. Try to assign Google DNS?

Verify Firewall Rules.

Hi

This seems strange to me.

Can we have a test environment?

Connect the same pc to non meraki wifi ?

Connect the pc to any other internet?

Connect the pc via wire?

Lets observe the results.

I believe this may not be a issue with Meraki.

Hi

yes, it is too strange because it is not only on a team, it is on all the windwings of the company

We have had the same issue. Internet is fine, but Windows reports that it is not.  Because of this, Microsoft Office does not function correctly.

The only workaround I've found is to skip the Meraki gear and use a ATT cell phone hot-spot.  Ugh. That allowed us to at least manage the MS Office account before hopping back to use the usual network.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
