The users authenticate on the radius by wifi but they can't navigate

We have two SSIDs:
1) Guest SSID: with local password where it connects but cannot surf the internet
2) SSID Alfasigma: for employees who connect with the credentials with which they log in with the wired.
We use AnyConnect which manages the user's exchange with the PC from the wired network to the wifi connection.
Cell phones and tablets also connect to the 2 wifi networks but cannot surf the internet and the internal network.

Domine control is  on Azure server

I'm not clear on what you are asking.  Are you just sharing, or have you got an issue?

I'm sorry you're right I have the same problem on two different locations
