Splash page even with direct access enabled

Dear all,

We are facing an issue with Windows 10 clients (as we only have this OS in this SSID) trying to open the splash page even when selected to do not use it.

The client tries to connect to n110.network-auth.com and as we didn't allow direct traffic to the internet, only by proxy, the computer says that no connection is available.

The proxy is corrected setup on the client-side, but the internet browser seems to didn't recognize it.

Has anyone faced the same issue?

With those setting you should not see the meraki splash page.

You dont have a meraki mx where you enabled  a splash page on a vlan?

No, I don't have it. My firewalls are Ceheckpoint.

I don't know the answer.

This could be windows attempting to do "Captive Portal Detection".

This is really strange because we don't have this behavior where we have Cisco WLC + AP.

Can you whitelist a client in the dashboard. And then try connect with that client.
