Problem with SSID

hello,

I had a problem with a ssid with WPA2 authentication, not all devices can be connected, to be more specific those of 2.4 GHz.

But in other SSID with the same characteristics I have no problems.

What could it be?

I hope you can help me.

Do you have the SSID configured to only broadcast on 5GHz?

No, dual band operation 2.4 and 5.

Do you have band steering enabled? If so try turning it off.

What do you have your data rates configured for on the access control page?

I tried, but not.

Can you provide a screenshot of how you have the wireless options configured on the Access Control page

Nothing stands out as being part of the problem here. So I can only imagine the password is being typed incorrectly.

What are the end devices that are 2.4GHz only? They might require specific data rates be enabled for them to connect. You could quickly test, move the slider down to 1Mbps and see if they connect or not. If they don't still then I'm going to just assume the password has a typo in it.

The password is being typed correctly.

I will try down to 1Mbps.
