One Samsung Galaxy phone can not get connected, Windows 7 pc can not get connected

We deployed 2 SSID, one is corp and another is guest network. Corp wifi DHCP is on VLAN 1, the IP address is released from corp windows dhcp server which is fine.

The guest network is on vlan 10, the IP is released from company checkpoint firewall. (The firewall works as dhcp server). both network has some physical connection to checkpoint firewall the same interface, vlan10 is configured as virtual interface.

now one the user's phone, she is supposed to connected to guest WIFI network, however she can not, after a round of trying, it said failed to get an IP address. But she can hook to corp wifi.

and I have one windows 7 pc, it can not access to either corp wifi or guest wifi, only can access to hotspot network,  we are using WPA2-PSK authentication for both network, does this is a problem for all these problem?

Many thanks for any suggestion

Kind of a big deal
Kind of a big deal

Is the guest SSID configured for VLAN tagging and has VLAN10 specified?

Is whatever the AP is plugged into configure for VLAN trunking and is allowing VLAN10?
