No Uplink Traffic Cisco Meraki MR16-18

Hi, guys

I have an issue, there is no Uplink Traffic in my Cisco Meraki Dashboard since 2 hours ago. 

I have 8 APs(4 MR16 and 4 MR18), I rebooted but nothing changes?

Any idea about

Are the APs actually online, do you see a green or blue LED on the APs, or are they amber (no cloud connectivity) or rainbowing (searching for cloud) or something else?  Is the wireless network still up and running and it's just Dashboard connectivity that's down?  If they're powered up, do you see your SSIDs?  If so, associate to an SSID and open a browser page and go to my.meraki.com to try to view the local status page, see if that might provide any idea why they're offline, could be a number of things.  There are other devices, (Meraki or otherwise) that do still have Internet connectivity?

Have you tried the dashboard in a private session with no cache or on another dashboard incase its a formatting / browser issue?
