My own splash page

Hi Team

I want to use antamedia  as my hotspot, before user can use internet they must login first. i set one ssid that will direct to my hotspot ip. but the problem is. After user connect to wifi, they can straight use internet without login.

I think meraki doesnt recognize my hotspot as login portal.

I hope you guys can help me to solve this problem.

i think my configuration is same as you suggest. but still have problem. 

Meraki still let some website not to direct to my hotspot server.
