Moving MR33 from UAE to UK

I have a MR33 which I have brought to the UK from UAE

I can log into the dashboard

This meraki worked satisfactorily in the uae

Here in the UK it works with the ssid set in the uae

But I need to re-configure the MR33

Any Help appreciated

Kind of a big deal

OK, before you are able to claim the device to your organization, someone from the old org has to delete it from the existing network, than unclaim it in the organizations inventory.

After it has been unclaimed, it may take a couple of minutes until you can claim it.

As it is still in the old organization, that´s why the old SSID is still shown.

This MR33 was in use in UAE. No you took it with you, or has been sent, to UK?

When you are logged in to the dashboard, you see the MR33 (you have access to the network where it is in)?

Then you just need to reconfigure it...

https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/WiFi_Basics_and_Best_Practices/Enabling%2C_Disabling%2C_and_Chan...

Assuming, you are a private person:
If you can login to the dashboard, but do not see the device, then you need to have access to the old network and then move it to your own. Or delete the old administrators.

Some more information would be helpfull,so we can help you. 🙂
