Mobile PoE solutions

Hi.

I'm looking for a mobile power solution to power Meraki APs. This is for AP on a Stick purposes.

Something like a battery-powered PoE would be ideal. Has anyone used such a solution with Meraki APs?

I'm looking at like the following:

1. https://www.invictuswireless.com/TP-DCDC-2USB-48-p/tp-dcdc-2usb-48.htm (Running off 2 USB batteries)

2. https://www.balticnetworks.com/ubiquiti-u-installer-ubiquiti-installer.html (Ideally I'd like to have data as well)

Can anyone confirm if those products will work with a Meraki? It is my understanding that they only give out up to 12W.

Alternatively, can anyone suggest another project that they've used successfully with Meraki APs.

Thanks.

Kind of a big deal

I have put Meraki kit on race boats.

Basically the Meraki guff goes inside a water tight CFC case that has Fischer Connectors. Power is supplied via the Fischer Connector to internally mounted  DIN rail power supplies (and changed according to internal devices and external source 220/110 AC, 48 DC, 24 DC, 12 DC). External connectors include WIFi, Bluetooth, and LTE antennae, Ethernet(PoE option), CANBUS and some other stuff, including Siematic IoT2040(s)

We have to get the CFC cases made, but our design office has the skills to make that in house (and the blokes like doing it). Most important, put an EPIRB-style device in the box in case you have to go fishing for it.
