Meraki wireless with MAC-based time and bandwidth restrictions

We are designing a WiFi network with Cisco Meraki Access Points.

Some fundamental requirements are:

1) WiFi users can create a new account, based-on an existing personal e-mail and a verification process (by email) is needed in this case - means that access will be open for the next few minutes.
2) Connect through an existing Social Media account (Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn).

For any of the above connection methods we want to enforce the following access policies
a) The possibility to set time-based access restrictions per ΜΑC address, for example 2 hours during a day time.
b) The possibility to have time constraints per session, for example a session will terminated after 2 hours.
c) The possibility to set speed rate limits per MAC address, for example restrict connection at max speed of 512 kbps.

Do you know if (and how) the above requirements are supported by the native Meraki cloud solution?

Thank you.

Kind of a big deal

You are probably best off to use an external service such as Splash Access.

Otherwise you can use self registration:

You can also use the Facebook login system:

Thank you PhilipDAth, you are right, we need an external service for this.

Does anyone knows or tested such a solution?
