Meraki MR33 need to transfer

I received my Meraki MR 33 from my Internet Service Provider and it was configured already, How can I reconfigure this device to transfer from my other connection.

You'll need to contact your ISP and ask then to do it, or ask them for management access.

Never heard of ISPs give MR APs to customers. Do you own the AP and the license? Is this a loan device?
