MXxxW with MR33 APs

Why does the MX wireless not integrate with the MR wireless? I have a site with an MX65w and one MR33 and essentially have two SSIDs with the same name and same password, but they don't pass off to eachother.

Unfortunately, it an intended design setup:

MXxxxW is meant to be a very small office or home based setup, so a wireless network infrastructure was not designed into it.
