MR53E and Antennas Cisco

For the MR53E access points, they are compatible with the antennas of the traditional Cisco equipment, a client needs to place the antennas AIR-ANT2568VG-N =, is it possible to place this model with the Meraki APs?

I don't believe so, as they use different fittings.  You would need an adaptor cable.
