MR52 Simply shows up as "Meraki Setup" as SSID

Its claimed Had worked fine. Unplugged it and re-plugged it and then this happened. Thoughts?

Try a factory reset maybe?

Hey RumorConsumer!

What model AP is it? And when you say claimed, you mean claimed into a network? Or just claimed to your dashboard inventory? I'd also suggest a factory reset like CptCrnch. If you want, you can connect to the setup SSID and then navigate to "setup.meraki.com" in your web browser to hit the APs local status page, it may tell you that it's having trouble connecting back to the Meraki cloud, and you can double-check the uplink configuration as well to see if it still has an uplink IP set.

My guess is it is failing to get its config from the Meraki dashboard.  Could be a DNS issue.  Could be a lack of connectivity.  The local status page might give you a hint.

Thanks guys. Unclaimed, reclaimed. Seems resolved.

You all rock.
