Hello, got a strange situation with one of 40 AP's MR33. As I see about ten client's connects to this AP with good signal and in Mac OS I see TX Rate about 500 Mbps to AP, but real internet speed is only about 20 Mbps.
There is no traffic shaping, channel utilization is low and uplink bandwidth is very high (2 providers gives 2 channels 1Gbit both).
Also, I don't see such an issue on other AP's.
Help me please to figure this out.
Did you try
Factory reset.
Different cable.
Different switchport
I checked cable - no problem with it.
Tried different switch port - also no.
Factory reset is hard to do...
Is any other variant where can I look at?
Only with MacOS? And if yes, a specific version or various? It sounds like you can reproduce the trouble easy enough so maybe just get prepared to spend some time doing packet captures, etc. and call up Meraki support and demonstrate the problem?
On any operation system - Mac OS (different versions), iOs, Windows 10
To call support - is the last option, unfortunately, I've got a very poor level of spoken English
Maybe submit a written ticket and let them check your configuration?
One more random guess would be to set minimum bitrate 12mbps or above. Maybe you have some old client(s) connecting and reducing bitrate.
