Over the last week or so we have had random reports of some laptops not being able to see the corporate SSID on some access points on the same physical site. If they move around the site and connect to a different AP they may be able to see the SSID. The strange thing is in a location where they cannot see the corporate SSID, they can see the guest SSID. On affected laptops we have updated all Windows Updates, network drivers etc and still have the issue.
We recently upgraded Meraki to 25.14 and believe since then we have started to see this issue. Our APs are set to auto in terms of channels, power etc, this is the same as it was before the 25.14 upgrade and it was working fine and we never saw this kind of behaviour. I have raised a case with Meraki, waiting to hear back from them, assume they may ask us to upgrade to 26.6. Has anyone else experienced issues with this version of software?
