Issues with 2.4Ghz

Problem #1:  I have 2-WAP125, 2-WAP361 and a MX68 firewall (Which acts as my DHCP server).  When we first setup the Firewall and AP's everything worked great.  Over the last couple of months if you try to connect to the 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, they get a "Can't connect to NAME, check your settings and try again". Occasionally it will let some users connect, but will not have internet access.

I assume it is because we have over 25 users.

Problem #2: Same goes when using a Guest network.  I just turned on the 5Ghz network and hid the SSID of the 2.4Ghz.  I connect and to the Guest 5Ghz,and get no internet connection. It usually takes over 30 seconds for the guest network to connect.

I do have 2 VLAN's setup up on the Firewall.

VLAN #1: 192.168.1.0/24

VLAN #2: 192.168.2.0/24

Yes I am new to configuring Firewalls in a corp. environment so any information would be greatly appreciated.

Kind of a big deal
Kind of a big deal

Sound more like a wifi issue.

Is the mx event log reporting something you can use? Like some events about dhcp failing?
