Issue with Meraki routing/AP access? Cloud Control issue? ...or just me!?!?

Hi All,

Did anyone notice any failures in the Meraki cloud/system in the past 48hrs?

Yesterday, a limited set of URL's worked through Meraki connected wifi, e.g. gmail/FB worked, others, less known, failing as if there was no DNS resolution. When connecting directly via the virgin routers wifi, every is accessible.

Today, same as yesterday, by can't connect to AP's.... "unable to connect to this network"

Usual reboots etc all performed... have no config changes for several months.

Anyone else having issus?

Paul.

I haven't had any issues.  I'm on shard n85 and my dashboard data is hosted in Asia (it tells you where your data is located at the very bottom of the dashboard).

What about you?

I also haven't noticed any issues.  You experiencing issues at multiple sites?  if not possibly local ISP or DNS issue?

Hi Adam/Phillip,

thanks for the replies.... transpired a rollback on the firmware resolved it. Very strange results, as it was intermittent on certain URL's, and stopped videos being played in websites, such as BBC news. If I bypassed and used the CPE, there was no problem....

Data is in Europe, but inconsequential now!

Thanks,

Pablo.
