Is it possible to block internet for particular SSID

I have 3 SSID's configured in my meraki wireless network. Test1, Test2, Test3. I want users to connect to SSID but they should not be able to access internet. I just want them to use that SSID particularly to access server in that SSID.

Simply use layer 3 rules for this (Wireless -> Firewall & traffic shaping), e.g.

Are you possibly trying this with a whitelisted client? Looking at your configuration, anything should be possible.

Client wan not whitelisted. But the device was connected to that SSID from past 2 hours that's why i think. I checked the same with other client its working fine.

Its working fine
