Intermittent Splash Screen Fault

Users reporting issues with wifi where you have to turn off your wifi and turn it back on to force the splash screen to launch. Happens on Android and iphone. All access points affected. By design our wifi kicks the users off every 24 hours.

I think it would only launch if you were trying to access http content via a web browser.

Hi did you get any further with this

Seeing similar issues mainly on IOS devices. The user can initially sign in. Of the device goes offline it can sometimes rejoin and sometimes its gets stuck saying no Internet access. The user has to forget and rejoin again
