How to determine what Wi-Fi standard users are connected at

Trying to discover what Wi-Fi standard (1-6) users are connected at using the Meraki portal. The capabilities data does not reflect the Wi-Fi connection, only the end users device capabilities. For instance, it may show the client has a 160MHz channel, but in reality the profile limits the channel to 40MHz. I also see client capabilities as Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), but they are connected to a Wi-Fi 5 AP (MR32/33). Is the Wi-Fi standards actual connection available from the portal?

Not sure if the capabilities client page section shows the actually connected WIFI standard a client is connected at.

I'm not aware of any other ways to get that information from the Meraki dashboard. It can be seen on the client device by going to the local status page of the MR access point by navigating to http://ap.meraki.com or http://10.128.128.126/ on the client device if it's connected to a Meraki MR AP.

Look out for the "Mode" section on the local status page.
