Getting 802.1x radius error on Cisco Meraki dashboard for wireless user

Ashutosh_Desai7_0-1639724321263.jpeg

Wireless users are getting disconnected randomly in meraki setup.

  • During the disconnection, we can see that all users are facing "802.1X authentication failure" message in logs.
  • All wireless users are locally created on Meraki dashboard for ATOMUSER SSID. There is no separate Radius server is in use for user authentication.
  • SSID Name: ATOMUSER (Authentication method: Local 802.1x Meraki Dashboard user)
  • Connectivity is ok from AP to Switch and vice versa. There are total 4 APs. Issue faced on all APs at random time.

Firmware also upgraded to the latest.

It seems like specific authenticaiton method creating the issue. But It is not persist for all AP at a time. At a time issue we are facing for 1 AP and after 2 to 3 hous another AP creating issue with same logs.

Getting consuded that it should be SSID or Authenticaiton method or AP level issue?

Appreciate any recommendation or troubleshooting!
