Can anyone respond me for below query.

is it possible to pull the report of such MR access point which has less utilized or minimal users connected in last 30 days.

Not really, but ...

Use filters like this (hopefully you have less than 50 APs):

You can then go to the "Top device models by usage", and look at the APs at the very bottom of the list.
