Creation informations of form by guest

Hello all ,

I am beginner in the world of cisco Meraki , and i would your help , my customer request the scenario , when the guest user connect in AP , the page must be displayed with a form contain the fields : 

• Civility
• Name:
• Prénom
• Phone number 
• Email :
• Preferred city : 
• Type of desired property: Apartment / Lot of land / Villas
• Budget : 
• Surface : 

All of these fields must be completed by the guest .

can you help me to implement this scenario.

Thanks to the captive portal API, you can design by HTML and host your own splash page.

You can also use an external service so that you don't have to do customer development. You can find tech partners specialized in Guest Wifi solutions here : https://apps.meraki.io/apps/?category=Guest+WiFi
