Cannot revoke a wireless client

Hi, I tried to enable captive portal login for guest, but cannot revoke the guest and let him relogin again. From the client monitoring page, the splash is "Not authorized", but the guest still can surf the internet. Please advise, thanks.

Hi @Qing

I understand "Splash Page Frequency" settings might help you here.

Kindly check the following thread for more information.

Thanks for your advice. yeah, this maybe helpful. I will try it. But the problem is we cannot revoke the client under client monitoring page. Looks not reliable.

Hi

I'm having the exact same issue. Were you able to revoke the client by changing the Splash page frequency? Thanks
