Authentication Failure

Does anyone know what this message means? 

 

the client can still fail during the packet exchange required for a successful authentication.

 

We have MR34's deployed. Most times the clients can connect fine but when the connection fails the above is entered in the log. The password is fine.

Where do you see this error? on the client or on the dashboard?
There are multiple factors that are responsible for Client's connection to AP. The process is as follows
